  1. Assessment of your metabolic health. You will fill out a questionnaire where I ask you detailed questions about your past and current eating and exercise habits, stress, and overall health 
  2. Nutrition Audit. I ask you to keep a log of everything that you eat, for 5-7 days, using My Fitness Pal. If you are already doing it, this is great — we can move on even faster. 
  3. Consultation call with me (max 60 minutes) to go over the results and what I recommend you to do next, to start improving your health, strength, body composition, and workout performance.

You will get a clear understanding of what is the best next step for you: 

  1. Can you start a calorie deficit for fat loss/weight loss (if this is your goal)?
  2. Do you need to heal and build your metabolism and health up first?
